Delivery Policy And Warranty

The delivery time is from (1-5) working days, and the delivery date is coordinated with the customer before the order goes out.
The order value must be above 1000 SAR to get free delivery.
The goods are delivered to the site of charge(In case it is within the regions and cities where the branches of EAST MAAYAR are located).
If the customer’s location is outside the delivery areas covered by EAST MAAYAR, an amount is calculated for the delivery, according to the estimate of the delivery department and after the customer’s approval.
Raising of polyethylene tanks to 15-20 meters between heights shall be free of charge.
The amount paid is returned to the customer after making a refund request, and the recovery period is from (1 to 10) working days.
The customer is responsible for downloading the fiberglass tank.
If there is an old tank on the site, the company may help in removing process.
If the customer or his representative is not present within an hour of the agreed-upon date for delivery of the goods, the delivery will rescheduled after two working days while the customer will be charged with payment of (SR50) for re-delivery of the tank.
In case of requesting a product containing special manufacturing orders’ items, the customer will be charged (SR200) two hundred Saudi Riyals as a storage value for each day.

Cancellation and Modification:

Goods available for delivery within three days or less can be canceled or modified within 24 hours before the delivery date.
Goods available for delivery within four days or more can be canceled or modified within a maximum period of 72 hours after the sale order.
The difference amounts shall be refunded within a max. Two days after cancellation or modification.

Goods available for delivery within 3 days or less shall be booked and fully paid in advance.
Goods available for delivery within 4 days or more will be held unless 50% of its price is paid at the time of concluding the sale agreement and 50% upon delivery. However, the goods containing special manufacturing order are held until the entire amount is paid in full.
